California’s New Source for Luxury Wine
With 11 different sub-AVAs comprising their own microclimates, it’s no surprise that Paso Robles has rattled the wine industry, quickly becoming California’s top winemaking region and setting into motion a new era of luxury wine. The elevated terrain, low rainfall, and swift drainage set Paso Robles up to have one of the longest growing seasons in the state, with an extraordinary diurnal temperature shift of up to 50 degrees between the day’s peak temperature and the night’s cool low. Amongst these sub-AVAs, 60 different varieties of grapes grow on over 40,000 acres of vineyards, giving us ample opportunity to source some of the finest fruit in the region to craft into our unrivaled Pandemonium wine.
