The intense, concentrated flavors that Paso Robles’ grapes have become known for shine through in our Pandemonium Zinfandel. Opening with layers of jammy red fruit, this wine reveals discernable hints of leather, black pepper, and brown spice. Bright acidity is present through to the finish, thanks to the region’s large diurnal shift of almost 50 degrees between its high point of the day and cool, low point of the night. With silky tannins and an overall enhanced flavor, this wine is one of the most complex in our portfolio.
